Proprietary Fuocomatic automatic fuel feed system is standard. Incline moving grate system is available for complete combustion of difficult solid fuels. Gas or oil pilot burner that ignites for fuel moisture levels greater than 100% relative humidity. 100% capacity gas or oil burner can be supplied for co-firing when alternative fuels are unavailable. Main electric panel consisting of electric safety devices, control buttons, operating lights and thermostats for controlling ON-OFF status.	A control panel for automated control of the fuel feed, combustion and flue gas systems. Oxygen and CO analyzers for combustion control. Access doors for easy maintenance and inspection. Low maintenance. Unattended operation. Steam boilers are built to ASME standards.


The proprietary Fuocomatic Automatic Fuel Feeding System is comprised of a container for surge fuel feeding and an internal feeding device complete with a reduction gear, variable speed motor for the flow of fuel and the control of the water for fire suppression safety. The moveable grate provides for gentle agitation of high moisture and high ash fuels to improve combustion efficiencies. The staged-combustion produces a post combustion temperature that can be controlled between 900°C and 1300°C. Adjustable ventilation chambers underneath the compartment grates preheat and distribute primary, secondary and tertiary air. When needed these boilers can run on alternative liquid or gas fuels.
